This review gave a clear picture of what Swimming in a Sea of Stars is about. I like how the book focuses on one day but still shows how small actions can lead to real change, and it's good to know that mental health topics are handled gently, and that the story encourages open conversations. I also appreciate that it doesn’t pretend healing is fast or easy.

Will the characters succeed in reaching out to Addison? Even if Addison isn't relatable to me, I hope the others could help her in the end. What does mental health have anything to do with swimming and stars? Better read this BoTD and find out!

I just read the sample, and I loved it. I was totally riveted. The characters seem so real, and the story was intriguing. I'm far from a young adult, but I really want to read this book. It is so well-written. The cover is beautiful. I hope this book becomes a best-seller, it deserves to be.

Drawing awareness to mental health, today's BOTD is a YA novel that follows Ashley as she navigates high school, after a suicide attempt. Despite not knowing what everyone is going through, it shows readers how connected we are and how one disruption to those connections can affect and impact us all. Thank you for your helpful review! :-)

Congrats on BOTD.
The book emphasizes how tiny deeds may have a tremendous impact on others, particularly during difficult times, and I believe that the message that every individual is important, like starlight in the night, is something that kids require hearing at this moment. The following feels like a pretty compelling tale for youngsters.

Swimming in a Sea of Stars" by Julie Wright., a book features trauma and pains of teenagers. It will be great to read about the ways these teens were able to overcome such obstacles in their lives at an early age.

Teens and young adults go through a lot some go through harsh traumas and I'm intrigued to learn the teens connect with each other and how they help each other overcome whatever it is that they are going through. Great review

This is a book that holds so much influence. Mental health issues are terrifying because it's all internal turmoil. This book shows how opening up and connecting to people can help a lot dealing with stuff through an engaging story. I praise the book and would love to read it.

I can relate to Addison's condition; I have had tough times dealing with some past trauma. What's interesting is the story's message on the power of connection and drawing strength from our collective struggles. I am very curious to know how Damion, Avery, Booker, and Celia evolved along the storyline. Mental health and support system should be taken seriously. I am impressed by the awareness raised by this story.

After reading this review I definitely have a clearer picture of what to expect of this book. I love the way this reviewer even suggests to incorporate this book into real life as something to spark discussion.
It was also helpful to understand in the way of triggers. That can definitely be a big thing in the way of mental health, so I appreciate the reviewer taking time to point out that major triggers are at a minimum.

This book, "Swimming in a Sea of Stars," by Julie Wright, is truly a beautiful story. I would love to know why Addison tried to take her own life. What stands out in this book is the emphasis on having a good emotional connection with the people around us. Congratulations on the book of the day.

"Swimming in a Sea of Stars" by Julie Wright is a sensitive and vulnerable exploration of the emotions of young adults. No one really talks about the shame that comes after a failed suicide attempt.

This book sounds incredibly moving and meaningful. I’m really interested in reading it, following the story of teens who quietly impact each other’s lives in just one day feels powerful. I’d love to see how their connections unfold and bring hope. Congrats BOTD!

Coming from a background that doesn't really care about the importance of mental health, I value this book a lot, because I actually know the value of mental health in contrast with my background. We truly need ourselves; we are connected in one way or another. Nice review, well done.
