This review captures the emotional depth of the book so beautifully. I love how the story emphasizes the ripple effect of kindness and connection—how even small gestures can make a big difference in someone's life. It’s heartening to know that the author tackled such sensitive topics with care and still managed to leave room for hope and healing. I’m really looking forward to reading this one!

I just love this story about mental health and how it helps more broadly see our role in understanding how our lives can impact others' lives and how these all intersect in unknown ways, positively or negatively.

This review beautifully captures the heart of the story. I love how the book emphasizes connection and compassion, especially through such a challenging lens like mental health. The idea of healing beginning in just one day sounds powerful and hopeful. Definitely sounds like a must-read for teens and anyone who needs a reminder that their presence matters.

I think what stood out to me most was the mental health theme.
The Book showed the main character’s struggle with her mind and as someone who has struggled with mental health in time past, it really stood out to me
I would definitely be reading

'Official Review: Swimming in a Sea of Stars' by Julie Wright illustrates the engrossing young adult tale. The protagonist, Addison Thoreau, shares her thoughts on her first day back at school after a failed suicide attempt. She unknowingly impacts the lives of four fellow students. Readers will learn what it takes to go from drowning alone to swimming in a sea of stars. The story inspires courage, compassion, and empathy. It was great to learn that the book provides ample room for reflective thought and group discussions!

Thank you for the review. I read the sample. It is disgusting that children suffer from issues, and they do not receive the needed help in the school systems. This story tells of individuals who have issues, and no one cares. We must do better.

First of all, the book's cover is beautiful. I didn't expect that the story would talk about serious topics. I read the sample. The author did a good job of making this story well-paced and accessible. Some teens and young adults go through more pain than others. Dealing with tough times isn't easy for everyone, no matter who you are. I hope Addison and the other character could have a positive impact on and help each other. Thank you for a captivating review.

Mental health is a pressing issue, and 'Swimming in a Sea of Stars' by Julie Wright has been introduced at a pivotal moment. The novel's protagonist, Addison, needs support, and her journey resonates with many. I empathise with her and hope she finds the help she so desperately needs from her peers and family. This novel has the potential to inspire and guide many readers, offering them hope and a sense of understanding. Thanks for the insights.

I love this book. It is beautifully written. I agree that the author wrote that a healing process is something that happened slowly and not instantly. The compassion shown by Addison changed the life of those she met and gave thenlm strength. This review really capture the beauty of this book. Thanks for the review.

"Swimming in a Sea of Stars" by Julia Wright follows Addison and four other teenagers through life changing moments of their lives. It deals with emotional topics like suicide. I think it's how in your life you think what you do doesn't effect anyone else. The truth is one person touches so many lives, it's a ripple effect. Everyone is important and your life matters. Great BOTD.

The 'drop drop makes an ocean' kind of theme appears engaging. I am intrigued how that is going to connect with teen emotions.
