Review: Poughkeepsie by Debra Anastasia

Post by sweetmaggie1996 »

Wow!!! Where to start on this book? I am such a pushover for a broken man... Don't get me wrong, i love a good alpha male, but the male characters i love the most are the ones that are more human, a little broken and full of integrity. I fell head over stilettos for Blake. From the moment of his first words to Livia, I wanted this man more than the next chapter in the book. I longed for him to speak his soft words and play his cardboard piano.

Ms. Anastasia has created a wonderful world full of imperfect perfections. Her characters are flawed and lively. I won't give spoilers, but I will say that each of her characters were developed so well that I wanted to scream at the injustice of the world that caused some characters to be bad.
