Catalyst by Laurie Halse Anderson !spoilers!

Having read Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson and loving it, I was sort of expecting the same thing from Catalyst, but I found it instead to be sort of underwhelming. It was just OK, the main character really annoyed me with the way she handled things, and whenever I don't like a main character I find myself not able to enjoy the book. I found Mikey's death to be completely predictable, but I did love the fact that he was Teri's son. Overall I found this book to be disappointing and quite boring. Anyone else feel the same, or did you like it?
