I purchased Reawakened the first day it came out. I love Colleen Houck’s Tigers Curse series and couldn’t wait to dive into her new series. From two extremely hot Indian princes to three gorgeous Egyptian princes! (Can you say SWOON!). I mean you can’t get any better than this.
Now the book starts off by introducing the main character Lily Young. Who is a rich girl from New York. She goes to the Metropolitan Museum of Art during spring break where she meets Amon. A godlike prince of Egypt who has been awakened after a thousand years of mummification. She has become mystically tethered to Amon. Lily just can’t believe anything Amon tells her. (She thinks he is a cancer patient trying to cross off things on his bucket list at first.) The next thing she knows she is flying half way around the world to Egypt to awaken Amon’s two brothers and stop The Egyptian god Seth from taking over the world.
This book is amazing! I finished it in like two days. It is one of those books that you can’t put down. Reawakened is so full of action, adventure, and a little romance that will keep you on your toes from page one.
