I love books that make me want to do outside research to better understand the content. I learned so much about the main topic of this book (which I will not reveal). The author really understands how fear and guilt can produce negative self talk. Her insight is astounding. Researching the main topic, I would recommend several PBS documentaries on the flavor text at the top of each chapter. There is also a great documentary on Netflix on the writer who quotes the flavor text at the top of 21
