This would've definitely made me so happy to read as a teenager. I don't think it's my style anymore.

This sounds like a great book for kids that like magic, as well as fantasy. I most likely won't read this, but thank you for your positive review!

I’m curious to learn about Tania’s experience on the Titanic, along with all her other adventures. This sounds like a fascinating book for kids and young adults alike. Thanks for sharing.

Wow this kind of reminds me of Alice in Wonderland! I like that children’s books also teach them lessons, as I think it’s the best way to learn. Thanks for the review!

Interesting story and great review. Tania on the Titanic, trying to warn its occupants about the impending doom, is something I really want to read. I'm left wondering what other places her mysterious suitcase took her to and the adventures she had with the rabbit.

This magical book is both scary and appealing at the same time. I'll love to know how she eventually escape the troubles of opening this magical box. Thanks for the review.

I don't think I'll ever get too old for this kind of story. I enjoy whimsical and magical stories and this one sounds like it is both of those things. Thank you for the informative review. :tiphat:

Apparently a very feel-good novel, full of good values for the young generation and a book about friendship, love and about doing good for people, I believe this is one enjoyable read. I am looking forward to digging into this book to find out how the adventures made Tania from a shy, timid person to a very confident young woman.

Now I'm curious what happens when she warns them of the upcoming doom? Guess I'll have to pick the book up to find out. Great review.
All your scholarship, all your study of Shakespeare and Wordsworth would be vain if at the same time you do not build your character and attain mastery over your thoughts and your actions.

This sounds like a lovely adventure/fantasy book for children and adults alike. I like the fact that it also teaches some morals along the way e.g Tania selling off her expensive necklace to buy food for a poor family.

Many thanks for the lovely review.

The secret of magic seems to be a very interesting young adult novel. I especially like how the author immediately sets the tone of her story and takes her time to describe the surroundings of the main character.

The first pages immediately bring to mind the joys that magic shows bring to persons both young and old alike.

The novel also has a bit of mystery in it as the reader immediately wonders what will happen to the heroine after she finds the magician's suitcase and later finds herself in a seemingly different place.

Will she become a magician? Is she destined to take over the magician's role? There is even a speaking rabbit. This is almost reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland.

I think all persons with an appreciation for harmless and fun fantasy will enjoy this book. :techie-reference:
