'Official Review: Cruising through the Teens, easier than it seems' by Jerry Schaefer has a thought-provoking introduction. The point that the author addresses topics such as expectations from parents and other authority figures, body consciousness, task management, thinking, and ego control is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the book helps out the teenagers struggling with life changes and responsibility, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. The review describes the strong and weak points of the book for readers. It is honest and critical.

There are a lot of pressures on teens this days in our society. From peer pressure to social media pressure. I would really love to know the advices the author has in store for his audience. Interesting review.

I was hoping this book would be more for raising teenagers, but it seems as though it is geared towards teenagers as the audience. I’m glad you included the warning about profanity as well. That makes a big difference when recommending a book for teenagers. Thanks for the review!

Thank you for your great review. Though I also wish there wasn't profanity in the book, my teenage son says some kids his age cuss an awful lot. I didn't like being a teenager. Hopefully, this can help many people going through changes. Bullying and social media sadly are two big problems in our society now, sometimes regardless of one's age.

This book sounds like it could really help teenagers transition out of childhood a lot more effectively. Worth looking into!

I'm curious as to exactly how much foul language is in this book? I've been looking for something to help a friend's daughter, and this seems to be just the thing.

It is interesting that the author chose to use profanity in this YA book about being true to oneself. Thank you for your thorough and honest assessment, and congrats on BOTD.

A whole lot of pressure comes to teenagers especially peer pressure. And any teen that is able to deal with it effectively would eventually amount to something good. Nice review. I wish all teens could read it. Congrats on BOTD.

Teenage years are very tricky. The hustle of fitting in and the pressure of seeking the approval of adult authorities are very tasking. I'm glad this author saw this and wrote this book to assist the teenagers. This seems like a really interesting book!
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

This is a very insightful book. Not all parents always understand what their children might be going through dealing with changes when they become teenagers; however, this book is an eye-opener. I look forward to reading it.

In my teenage years, I felt out of place in school and my friend circle. It seems to be a rite of passage for individuals to go through these challenges.

I'm aware of these struggles among teenagers and this book might gives valuable informations for them to 'survive'. I think using profanity is unnessesary but understandably that is the author's way to be fit in and makes this book relatable to the target readers. It is still a worth reading. Thank you for an honest review.

I have faced a lot of problems in my teenage years. Thinking about it now, I know there was no need for it. It was a big deal then to be cool and all, but thinking about it now, I don't think I coped well with being a teenager. I really wish that I had come across this book then. A book like this is necessary for teens as they silently go through a lot.
