“Cruising through the teens, easier than it seems” is a book for young adults. This is a wonderful self-help book for young adults especially if they read it before they finish middle school. This book will prepare them for what to expect in high school, socialization skills, social media and developing lasting friendships. I would definitely buy this book for my daughters if they were still young adults. Very good review.

I probably could have used a book like this as a freshman, when I was first going to a high school that none of my friends decided to go to, and my senior year, when expectations for me got so high that I developed/worsened mental and physical conditions that I still have today. The review was good. I did not really get a feel for the book. After reading a bit of the book and skimming the rest , I can see why . This is not a " ???? For dummies" kind of book. I do think the parts on social media and bullying should be read by all teens. Thank you for your review.

The book's subject matter is particularly delicate because we have all gone through puberty. Some of us have loved our teens, and many of us have succumbed to peer pressure or been the the target of bullying or one vile thing or the other.
