Novel adaptation of video games have been quite successful lately. Sadly I'm not into fantasy fiction at the moment so I'll have to pass on this one. But congratulations on being listed as Book of the day.

Wow, the praise that you and the other people who have commented on your review is so high for this book. Even though it's not my preferred genre, the fact that so many people rate it highly makes me very intrigued. For a first novel in a series it sounds very exciting.

“Peril and Splendor” by Caleb Birch is a fantasy story that includes dragons and ant people. A team of warriors had defeated a terrible beast and were then responsible for protecting Nashia. They were incredible fighters and they had magical abilities. This team were fighting the ant people when they learned Nashia was under attack by dragons that had taken control. An interesting tale with many unusually named characters.

I love fantasy books, and this one tells of the fight to defend and protect Nashia from dragons that were destroying it, and to do so, they have to first take out the lead dragon. It would be a lovely book to read. Congratulations on BOTD!

The inclusion of various magical skills within Ramsay's team, coupled with their strong bond, sounds like a recipe for a dynamic and engaging narrative. Your description of Peakiboon, the observant rabbit, adds an intriguing layer to the story. Great review.

Peril and Splendor is an intriguing adventurous fiction that will captivate audiences who enjoy stories about warriors slaying dragons, wizards, magic, and talking animals. Sadly, it is not something I like to read, so I will skip this book. Congratulations on the BOTD, though!

This seems like a good fantasy book to read. The thorough review lets me know what to expect but I wish I had a better sence of the writing, characters and world the story takes place in.
