I don't know if my bananas belong here, since I sometimes only deal with words.....zeldas_lullaby wrote:Thank you, BookOwlie! I was hoping your dancing bananas would make an appearance?

Sounds like it might really hump my camel!bookowlie wrote:Thanks Pasha! Even without the real-life issues, the funny parts are worth the price of admission. The main question, though, is....does it butter your biscuit?

Meg just don't pull a J.K. Rowling and ten years later say that you regretted not getting them together. 'Cause, it's not something you can take back no matter how many times you tweet about it or tell people in interviews that Mrs. Lawrence really did belong with Dr. Greene.zeldas_lullaby wrote:HA HA... no, I'm just saying that Mrs. Lawrence and Dr. Greene won't be getting together. I have other, more sinister plans for the both of them!bookowlie wrote:I have no idea what you're talking about....maybe that it's a fictional world? Isn't that why they call it fiction - ha ha ha.zeldas_lullaby wrote:Thank you all! Bluemel, creating a series felt so right, ya know?![]()
BookOwlie, I'm sorry, but it isn't going to happen.

(And I say that with as much love as possible!)
It's all good, fiction or real.
I am of course referring to J.K. Rowling's announcement that she wanted Harry and Hermione together instead of pairing her with Ron.

Seriously? She did that? I can't even see Hermione and Harry together. I've never been fully on board with her and Ron, but I have been on board with Harry and Ginny. I think Hermione could've had any man she wanted, pretty much.
How weird. Did her publishers, or whatever, push her in that direction?
HA HA HA! I'm gonna pull a JK Rowling! Good one.

No one pushed her in the direction. She did what she thought was true to the story. She has often mentioned that she was tempted to kill off Ron several times.zeldas_lullaby wrote:HA HA HA HA HA!!!

If you are not planning to have Corey's mom and Andi's dad fall with love, then at least consider a romance between the quirky guidance counselor and Andi's dad. Of course, then the guidance counselor might tell him that she suggested Andi change her name to Fred!

HA HA, BookOwlie, do you really hate Hilary, Dr. Greene's wife?? I shudder at what direction you'd take my characters in if given free rein!!

(Although it tickles me.)
