HA HA... no, I'm just saying that Mrs. Lawrence and Dr. Greene won't be getting together. I have other, more sinister plans for the both of them!

Meg just don't pull a J.K. Rowling and ten years later say that you regretted not getting them together. 'Cause, it's not something you can take back no matter how many times you tweet about it or tell people in interviews that Mrs. Lawrence really did belong with Dr. Greene.

I am of course referring to J.K. Rowling's announcement that she wanted Harry and Hermione together instead of pairing her with Ron.

Seriously? She did that? I can't even see Hermione and Harry together. I've never been fully on board with her and Ron, but I have been on board with Harry and Ginny. I think Hermione could've had any man she wanted, pretty much.

How weird. Did her publishers, or whatever, push her in that direction?

No one pushed her in the direction. She did what she thought was true to the story. She has often mentioned that she was tempted to kill off Ron several times.

I always thought Harry and Hermione should have been together forever.

If you are not planning to have Corey's mom and Andi's dad fall with love, then at least consider a romance between the quirky guidance counselor and Andi's dad. Of course, then the guidance counselor might tell him that she suggested Andi change her name to Fred!

What up with JK Rawlings announcing all of this stuff? Is she upset that her books are slowly fading into oblivion? And I just realized... did she plan on putting Harry and Hermione together because Ron was killed off (in her pretend version), and therefore "out of the way?" Ewwwww. That's horrible!!

HA HA, BookOwlie, do you really hate Hilary, Dr. Greene's wife?? I shudder at what direction you'd take my characters in if given free rein!!
