This is a compelling review! I must read this, its clear that this book managed to engross you, I'd like to have the same experience. I also think the issues that it tackles are important, albeit not pleasant, but important none the less. Thank you for your review.

I want to read some more YA. I'm just looking for something more realistic than what is on the shelves recently. This sounds like serious stuff and it touched you. A good, honest review.

I am glad the author broached this topic. It's much meeded in our world. I would have to be in a specific mood to read it, though, due to its melancholy tone. Good job on choosing a book like this, and good job on your review.

Sometimes we do need to look past poor editing. This sounds like the kind of story that you need to be in right mode of thinking to read as there are some pretty difficult subjects being dealt with, and the people dealing with them are young. I tend to not do well when reading about people being abused but sometimes it is worth the read because it reminds me that I need to be doing something to help when I am able to do so.
Life without a good book is something MrsCatInTheHat cannot imagine.

The author handles this subject in the most delicate way that she can. In this case, I think it's definitely worth it. As you say, we all need to be doing everything we can when we can... Thanks catinthehat!

Sounds like a powerful message, but abuse stories are too difficult for me to stomach. Too bad about the grammatical issues. Thank you for the insightful review!

Bullying is always an issue among teenagers, and the results are not always good, such as what happened in this story. "What are the limits on your love?" A question that I cannot answer unless I am in the mother's position. The twist is exciting. I am thinking of many possible scenarios as ending.

Thanks for this insightful review, and for recommending the book despite the flaws you mentioned.

This sounds like an amazing read. Can't wait to start it. Thank you for raising the awareness of the grammatical errors, particularly the he/she issue. Now that I am prepared for them, they will be easier to ignore. The awareness of mistakes has certainly not deterred me from getting this book as the story sounds so powerful I definitely still want to read it.

You are very convincing...I definitely plan to read this book! Great job on your review! I teach high school, and even though these types of books may be disturbing or upsetting to some, they are important to read because these things really do happen in our world. I work in a challenging inner-city high school. Perhaps reading this will change the way some kids treat others, or at least open their eyes to get a better look at what could happen when they treat others poorly. I am happy that the book focuses on just one main person's story, but is told in the Omniscient POV because if kids read it, I think it's important to know what is going on emotionally with all the characters involved. Thank you so much again...great choice for #BOTD!

Sounds like the plot is really heartbreaking. The grammatical errors could be distracting but the story itself sounds interesting. Thanks for the honest review.

What are the limits on your love? I can say that there are no limits to mother's love. No matter what happens either good or bad a mother's love is unconditional, though she blaims herself for all the wrongdoings comitted by her daugher. Besides bullying and abuse are very urgent problems nowadays and they are skyrocketing every day with the advances in technology. That sounds like a powerful read and awesome book! Definitely worth reading.

The effects of bullying can be so devastating and incomprehensible for me. But, with verbal, physical and sexual abuse? I can definitely imagine this being a read that would stick with you. It's too bad about the grammatical errors throughout, but this definitely seems like a read that I would be interested in, especially when the characters are so realistic that you can feel their emotions. Thank you for a great review and I'll be checking this one out!
