“The Prism Effect” by J. Wint is a sci-fi story about Jet Stroud and the prestigious Skylight University located outside the Earth’s atmosphere. The university was founded by Christian Albright who used AI to create this university system. Jet suffered from a medical condition called Epebus Mortem which caused neon-like illumination eyes which not only stood out but had side effects. Jet found that other students at Skylight University had the same condition. One must read this 886-page book to learn the cause and effect of this condition. This is a well-written fascinating book with a very good review. There is a second book in the series.

Thank you for your informative review. It is remarkable that a book that long had no errors. I'm glad that you did enjoy it. I wonder if they will find a cure. While I do enjoy books with great life lessons, I am not a fan of science fiction generally. I could tell from the sample that is was well-written, like you stated in your review. I'm sure many others will enjoy it, but I will pass on it.

Jet is excited to attend Skylight University, but people are concerned with his glowing eyes and this disease known as ‘The Youthful Death’ he has. Being one of the only three people on campus with the same symptoms as him has to mean something. In this first installment of the series, readers will get to know Jet, his best friend from home, and those he encounters on his college journey.

This book is set in the future and presents a mystery about a condition that numerous students from Skylight University seem to possess. I would like to give this book a try.

Jet Stroud's story is unique as well as interesting. Along with that, the presence of Skylight University also makes me want to read this book. The different values of Jet Stroud and him finding the cause of his condition all sets path for an interesting book.

This seems like an exciting science fiction book. It's the first book in the Skylight Series. Jet must prove himself and showcase his talents in the university despite the rejection of the past. However, new challenges are popping up. I hope he can handle it all. Thanks for the review.

I must admit that this book's plot sounds really interesting. Given the length of the book, I admire the author's attention to detail. As a reader of science fiction and fantasy, I will undoubtedly add this book to my list of books to read. I'm eager to find out how the plot develops and to learn more about the universe the author has created.

I love how the author portrays Jet as a character who refuses to let his past define his future. His determination to find solutions to the Epebus Mortem issue is truly admirable. It's a great reminder that our current circumstances don't have to dictate our future aspirations.

The Prism Effect has a very intriguing plot! However, I'm hesitating to pick it up due to its length. I hope those who can overlook that read and enjoy this book. Congrats on the BOTD!
