I think I could enjoy this story. I like weird and unusual, like shape shifting and magic. I think I could read and find out if Sophia finds the missing orb. Havent decided if I will read it, but congratulations on BOTD.

It will be nice for me to read a fast passing, sci-fi book like this and even a pleasure when it is world-building and magical. This is definitely a must read for me.

Thank you for an interesting and detailed review. This sure sounds like book worth reading over and over. I love how the characters can transform into animals. I love the female friendship theme and the female protagonist character.

I'm not much into books with teens below sixteen, but your review has painted an interesting picture of this book. I think it's a plus that it touches on social issues, like school shootings. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the book, but I liked your review. Well done.
