Stubborn Rising: Beneath the Fall is a thought provoking story of a new world. Barra is delightful young bap. She misses her father and feels she doesn't have enough memories of him. Her thread, a custom that is a way of remembering the past. In her need to find out more about him, she and her friends become endangered. Wonderful read. I fully recommend this book.

This sounds like my kind of book. I'm intrigued by the mystical nature that it seems to have. The fact that the fantasy world is centered around nature is really interesting, reminds me of almost an Elven setting. Thanks for the information
