This book seems to have a lot of drama and suspense. I liked how Madison was able to press charges against Jackson for sexually violating her rather than keep silent like most people would do. Nice review

At this moment I’m shocked speechless. This by far is the best most fast paced books in this series. It furthermore confirms that this will forever be my FAVORITE Fae series EVER! Graceley has gone beyond my wildest imagination and planted me so far into the story that I felt I was a part of it.
Extremely vivid details make you feel like you are there in the midst of all the action taking place. And let me tell you, there is so much that goes down in this book that I couldn’t even put it down for a bathroom break. I could care less that my bladder feels on the verge if exploding. I couldn’t stop until the very last word.

I haven't read the first book of this series but that doesn't seem like a problem. I might be old for this kind of story but it seems well-constructed, addressing important topics through Madison's personal story. Thank you for your great review!

I already read the first book of "My Darkest Secret" series and was quite impressed by how well was written this young adult story and by rarity of characters having (non-romantic) relationships between them. Thereby even though I don't like to what the opening sentence of review refers, I still am eager to give the second book a chance knowing B. Truly is a good author. Thanks for gifting it and congrats on BOTD!

This book is filled with suspens, drama, trauma, and is an emotional rollercoaster. This definitely sounds like my kind of book and I can't wait to read the full book. Well done on a great review and for #BOTD!

Although this sounds like a well written book it does not interest me to read of someone's sexual assault. Thank you for your review.

It is rather unfortunate to women who are sexually assaulted by their loved ones or strangers but with Madison's case who was assaulted by someone she loved and had family together is a sad one. However l wish the story ends well to favor women sexually assaulted. Great review.

Madison's story of abuse and growth seems emotional and inspiring. It's nice that being a sequel is not a problem with this book because it can be read as a standalone. Congrats on BOTD!

I’ve read the first book but I couldn’t connect with the story or the characters but this makes me want to give it a second chance. I’d love to see what happened after everything and learn more about Madison’s story.

This book sounds interesting. Am already in love with the characters. Madison is my favorite character among all of them. I must compliment the author for a job well done. Amazing review.

Thank you for your review. The storyline sounds a little predictable but your assessment suggests that it might be worthwhile following it to see what the author unravels. A difficult topic to address and this is perhaps a good way of understanding the issues related to such abuse.

"Thorn of Secrets" by B. Truly is a continuation of the book "Scorn of Secret", but it can also be read as a stand-alone book. The plot of the book is well and logically thought-out. The characters are well thought-out and the book is professionaly edited.

Oh my goodness, this sounds like a real roller coaster of a ride for poor Madison. Great review, but I'm not sure this book is one for me with the rape and kidnapping

Thorns of Secrets by B. Truly is about Madison, who was sexually abused. She moved to a different city to move on with her life. Her assailant later kidnapped her. This sounds like it has a suspenseful plot. I'm not sure about the love triangle aspect though.
