Thanks for the review. From the way you described the book and the reasons that religious people may not like it, it makes me wonder if it is appropriate for young adults? It seems like this would be more of an adult book due to drug cartels and dark magic, for example. It's too bad that there was so many mistakes that you marked it down to a 3 stars. Sometimes it is worth it to go through it another time.

From the review it appears that this sequel of 'Narwahl' is an interesting read. Congrats on being the BOTD. :) Well deserved.

The review did it's job. I feel well informed of the general plot, and it sparked enough interest I look forward to reading. I also find it helpful it mentioned the books was part of a series so I search for the earlier title or titles if I enjoy this one.

I'm actually such a fan of this mix of genres but I wonder how well researched this book actually is, given that I come from the culture from which is based. That and the mistakes you mention makes me a bit doubtful of this one. Thank you for the review!

Congratulations to this great review. It invited me to give time for this book. After reading half of it, I am convinced that this is a good read. I enjoyed discovering the gift of Gray but I am saddened with the untimely death of Juan.

Thank you for the thorough review! Doesn't sound like the type of book I typically go for but I can see the action in it appealing to others.

Looks like a good book I don't mind the point of view change and I normally don't like Fantasy Stories but this one doesn't sound too out-there, especially since it's Free. :D Thanks for sharing your review and the forewarning about religion issues that might present themselves. Great Eye-catching Cover also.

This sounds like a fun addition to the young adult fantasy genre. Although probably not for me, it sounds right up the sheet of those that usually read these types of novels. Thanks for the review.

Fantasy, adventure, black magic, spirit for the lover of fantasy stories. Someone can enjoy reading it because the novel is interesting. Thanks for the great review.

I really like shaman stories, magic, and those about spirit guides. The Amazon setting seems great for this book. Thanks for the great review!

Thank you for this great review. Having lived in several Latin American countries it is easy to see how the cultures reflect their belief in shamans, spirit guides, black magic, etc. The author has done a very good job of investigating the customs of the countries she is writing about. I am very interested in reading this book and would like to read Narwahl also.
