I love books with mystery and some magic in them. It's also great that it's suitable for all ages.

The title of the book is captivating and the story lives up to the title of the book. I was interested by just seeing the cover and the contents of the book are amazing. The names of the characters are a bit peculiar and that gives the book a more humorous aspect to it that i like. This review made me want to see what the book is all about.

"Silent Lee and the Adventure of the Side Door Key" by Alex Hiam - Sie leads a magical life living with her Aunt Generous. She studies alchemy and other interesting subjects, that people in modern times do not. She makes friends with Raahi and they hear from Aunt Generous. She needs rescuing. Can they find her before school starts again? Enjoyed the review. Thanks.

The book sounds interesting and exciting, full of magic and adventures. i also like that the book is educational despite its simplicity. I believe the choice of names: Silent, aunt Generous, Raahi have some hidden educational aim too. I looked up the meaning of the name Raahi on the Internet - and it means "traveller", so no wonder he was so persistent trying to help Sie. His soul demanded adventures and travelling :). Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I don't normally like books labeled "magic" or that have the science fiction vibe, but this one intrigues me. The author writes really well and the names of the cousins are laughable! I would enjoy finding out more about this story. The cover of the book really draws you in and you want to know what's going on.

Silent Lee is a wonderful and intriguing story. The first chapter captures your attention immediately and tempts you into wanting to read further. You get to explore a more magical and childlike version of life. One filled with adventure and mystery.

The book reminds me of watching Harry Potter, with its twist and turns and intrigue. The ending of each chapter serves as a leeway into the next chapter. This way readers are not left wondering how certain aspects are intertwined.

Although I only read the preview of the book, the first three chapters were so captivating and mysterious, you feel obligated to finish the book. Silent Lee is definitely worth the read.
