Thank you for your review. I may not be in the target age range, however, I still like reading these types of books on occasion! And, I do have grandchildren that I am happy to pass on my love of books to. I can't wait to read this one to some of them! Your review made me think of Fraggle Rock - and I still love that show and those books, as do my adult children! We all still love cartoons and kids books are not at all ashamed of it! :D

The sample of this book painted a quick peak into the dynamics of the existing relationships in the novels and foreshadowed the lessons to come. I am not a part of the target audience, however, I enjoyed what I did read and can see the book being enjoyed by children.

A children's book that teaches basic morals is needed. Since it also involves ending world hunger, it makes an entertaining, yet compassionate novel. It is too bad the book did not have more pictures like the cover. Thanks for the concise and clear review.

Thanks for this review. I actually felt like reading more after reading the sample and I am certainly not a child. Maybe by the time I get to the whimsical characters, I might put it down but for now, my curiosity is piqued.

It is so good to see a children's book with lessons about honesty, loyalty and decision-making. This one seems like a good read for its public. Great review!

A children's book with some lessons sounds great for bed-time stories.

I cant wait to read all of this book to my girls! This is a wonderful adventure and I can't wait to see their faces as we continue further on in this book. I agree that pictures would help complete the story for the children who are reading this book by themselves. Thank you for your review!

This sounds like a nice whimsical story for children. The cover reminds me of the Goonies, I don’t know why. The tone of the sample I read sounds a bit Diana- Wynne-Jones-ish. Thank you for writing this review.

Honesty and treating others well are both important lessons for children. It’s nice to teach values in a fun way. Thanks for the excellent review.

When I see valuable lessons for young children, I am sold. Teaching kids how to treat themselves and others with love and kindness should be prominent in today’s society. This would be great for bedtime stories. Great review.

I like children's books that have a moral lesson to glean from a captivating story. This book teaches the importance of family, friendship, and kindness. The story is one I would enjoy reading with my under ten niece and nephew. Thank you for the great review LivreAmour217.

This sounds like a great book to read with the kids. Great review. I love books that have meaning and valuable lessons. I love that it has pictures so the kids don’t get tired of just seeing words. I will put this on my list.
