It's enticing already that the main protagonist is called Silence. I'm actually surprised that this story has magic in it given that I feel that it would still be perfect if it weren't .

I love that the main characters of the book are not the typical Caucasian characters, and that it even teaches the readers the correct pronunciation of their names.

Magic and mystery are such an alluring combination. What could have happened to Aunt generous? Who faked her death?
I intend to find out.

A quite different fiction adventure for the young adult because this uses some advanced words. It's interesting what's beyond the side door.

Sounds like a thrilling and suspenseful story. How will Sie and Raahi handle the situation? I like that the narrative portray aspects that "create fun and educational moments". I will check the book. Congrats on being selected for the BOTD.

It did not take long for me to become engrossed in this adventure! Watching the awkward friendship between Silent and Raahi build into a formidable duo was a real pleasure, I am looking forward to more of their adventures and reading along as each character comes in to their own.

I am not a fan of magical stories .However, it seems filled with adventure based on the review and also the characters name are somewhat unusual and leaves you curious in their quest. I would say teenagers would find this right up their avenue.
