I enjoy fantasy, and this sounds like a wonderful fantasy with hope and encouragement. Seems like a great read!

I love fantasy books like these and the cover makes it hard to resist. I wish there wasn't religion in this though.

I'd like to know what Yosyph's power is and how it helped him face the King's Trial.

I appreciate that Katrin isn't in the story simply to act as a love interest of the two boys. This book sounds like an epic journey. Thank you for the review!

I wasn't expecting this fantasy adventure book to have a Christian theme. It would be interesting to see how the author works with that. Plus I'm relieved that there's no love triangle between Yosyph, Prince Halavant, and Katrin. Lord knows I've seen enough of that.

This sounds exciting! Thanks for your review. I love feel-good moral stories that are pitted between good versus evil and the triumph of good. The adventure part seems like loads of fun.

This seems like a well-written young adult fantasy with an inspirational theme; the chapters are alternately narrated by the different characters in the story. Thank you for the review!
