Manasakd by Kelly May Andrews is a story that revolves around a young twelve-year-old boy named Kaleb and the beautiful world of Manasakd. Kaleb goes to visit Dr. George Beckett, his psychiatrist, helping Kaleb with his anxiety. However, Kaleb has a warning for Dr. Beckett, but before he can say anything, an unfortunate event occurs, and Kaleb finds himself back in the realm of Manasakd. After arriving, Kaleb meets Tali, a confused young girl who has come to Manasakd for the first time and is a legend with extraordinary powers. After Kaleb encounters Tali, many mysteries unfold in the land of Manasakd, threatening to change it forever.

Reading Manasakd by Kelly May Andrews was a delightful experience. It was a captivating read that had so many characters, each with their own stories and personalities. Additionally, each character contributed to the overall plot, which made the story exciting and made it flow well, giving it more balance, as readers were shown how different characters were affected by, and reacted to, the same events. This also provided deeper meaning and context to many events in the story. Additionally, the uniqueness of this story is impressive. Especially how every individual who enters this land has a different way and experience of doing so, depending on their personality. Moreover, this book sheds light on young children going through anxiety and gives meaningful advice on helping them through the character of Dr. Beckett, Kaleb's child psychiatrist. This is meaningful to readers as young children do not usually know how to handle anxious thoughts, but Kaleb and Dr. Beckett's characters' provide advice on managing anxious thoughts to readers, which have real-life applications. So, the characters bringing meaningful lessons is also something I liked in Manasakd.

In my opinion, Manasakd by Kelly May Andrews wrote the book incredibly well in terms of the unique plot and setting, the variety of the characters and the exceptional use of language to give a nice flow to the story. I did not dislike any aspect of Manasakd by Kelly May Andrews; I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end.

I gave Manasakd by Kelly May Andrews 4 out of 4 stars. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, and it made me feel as if I was a part of the vivid land of Manasakd. Moreover, I did not find a single spelling or grammatical error as it is exceptionally well-edited, making Manasakd an even better read.

I would recommend Manasakd by Kelly May Andrews to all young readers ages ten and up since it is an easy read and does not have many complicated themes. Many characters are young children, so young readers can relate to them as well. Plus, Manasakd has minor language profanities, which would be better suited to ages ten and up.

Overall, Manasakd by Kelly May Andrews is a delightful story that is guaranteed to keep readers on the edge of their seats, which is why I gave it a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. This book has the power to transport readers into the magical realm of Manasakd, and they are bound to love every page of it.
