[rwc=id480978-125]4 out of 4 stars.[/rwc]Me Inside is a mystery book written by Martha Miller. 15-year-old Jenny woke up one day and found that her father had been murdered. Because her mother was not part of her life anymore, Jenny was forced to live with her grandmother. Jenny and her friend Ruthie try to find out who killed her father. This requires both of them to understand her father's past. Specifically, it was the robbery he participated in 15 years ago. Will Jenny find her killer before she finds her father?

I have a lot of things I like about this book. First of all, I like to tell this story from Jenny's perspective. This is great because I can understand her thoughts and feelings. This also allowed me to establish a connection with her character. In this book, Jenny not only suffered the loss of her father, but also had to face the struggles of her teenage years. She found herself alone. I think many young girls can establish contact with her. In addition, all characters in this book are well developed. My favorite character is grandma. She is full of energy, enjoys it, and always manages to put a smile on Jenny's face. I think the author's role in joining the LGBTQ community is also very good. The important thing is that books should contain more of these type of characters.

I also like the structure of this book. The author immersed me in this book from beginning to end. There is a lot of suspense that makes me sit on the edge of the seat. For example, when Jenny noticed a character standing in the alley. The author also includes twists and turns in the storyline, which makes me desire to turn the page. This makes the outcome unpredictable.

This book teaches the importance of love and how to judge others based on their appearance. At the beginning of the book, Jenny doesn't love her grandma because she is a "crazy gay", but as she learns more about her, she realizes that this is not the case. I have nothing to dislike about this book. There are 288 pages in total, which can be read without a long time.

In general, I will like this book very much, so I rate it 4 out of 4 stars . This book is not suitable for children because it contains pornographic content. I highly recommend this book to young people who like to read mysterious books containing romantic stories.
