Review: If You Find Me by Emily Murdoch

I won this book from Figment.com in a writing contest so that may have something to do with how much I love this novel. However it really is such a great read, so heartbreakingly honest, and it leaves you with a faint smile at the end of the novel.
(Minor Spoilers)
At the beginning of the novel we meet Carey and Jenessa, two sisters alone in the woods living in a broken down camper. Soon after we meet them someone comes and takes them away from the only thing they've known there entire life, their father who lost Carey when she was four or five. Can Carey and Jenessa live in the 'real' world, the one away from their mother who left them there a few months before, away from the woods, away from the night that Jenessa stopped speaking. Can Carey forgive herself, her mother, or her father?
This novel is not for the faint hearted. It has some graphic scenes and some that are just plain disgusting. I still highly recommend this novel, because it was such a beautiful and poignant read.
