Reboot is about a girl named Wren Connolly who has been dead for five years when she was shot in the chest. After being dead for 178 minutes she came back as a reboot. She was stronger, less emotional, and is able to heal herself. The longer a Reboot is dead the less human they become. Part of Wren's job is to train the new Reboots, but her latest newbie is by far the worst she has ever trained. Callum Reyes, a 22, is practically human, he is slow, weak and very talkative but she can't help but want to help him. When Callum refuses to obey an order Wren is given a chance to shape him up or dispose of him. Wren is the perfect soldier, she has never disobeyed an order before but she doesn't want to kill Callum but she knows she has to make a choice.
I really enjoyed this book. It was a really fast paced and Wren's character was amazing. She was strong and she smart but she still had insecurities which is cool. The story progressed really nicely but I would have liked a little more world building. There was always something happening never a dull moment.

I read this book a little while ago and I found it a lovely story. Its definitely a story about how strong human nature is, and the belief that even when people feel there is no hope for it to return that it can in the oddest places. I'm excited to read the sequel that I just purchased. Hopefully its as good as the first and not a flop like some of the continuations of books that I have enjoyed. I agree - Never a dull moment in this book.

I liked this book a lot. Great story and transformation by Wren. Rebel was good, too. Does anyone know if Tintera is coming out with a third book to this series?

I remember that I was reading another book when I saw Reboot. I read the first few pages of that book and I couldn't put it down. I ended up reading the whole series and I love it. I'm hoping that they make a movie out of it. We need more robots movie and this one does have a few twists.

I actually read this book over the summer and I thought it was such a good way to do the whole cliche zombie story. It just felt more believable than most of the zombie books that I've read.

I thought this was really well-written YA fiction. Wren was such a courageous character and I liked seeing how she changed throughout the story. There was a steady pace to the story which I liked. I would recommend it and I'm hoping my library has the sequel!

I just finished reading the sequel, Rebel, and I thought it was ok. I was surprised by what was going on at the reboot reservation, but it made the story more interesting. The author spent more time developing Callum's character in Rebel. While that was interesting, I would have preferred hearing more about Wren. I think Reboot was definitely the better of the two.

Well, I finally managed to get my hands on the book! I agree that
Reboot was better of the two. Overall it was a pretty great series but I've definitely seen books that are better..
