This is a great series of six books that came out between 2008 and 2010. The series includes the titles: The House of Dark Shadows, Watcher in the Woods, Gatekeepers, Timescape, Whirlwind, and finishing up with Frenzy. The series is a supernatural thriller that follows a family, through the viewpoint of two brothers, who moves into an old house where they find many strange happenings. It is a very well written series with a strong villain and showing the frailty of the heroes while still displaying their courage and heart. It has time travel and quite a few action scenes that pull you into each book as the story is woven through each offering in the storyline. The author has stated that he might write some more books in the series, and after reading it I think you will add to my hope that he indeed does do just that!
