Interesting review. I've just read a sample of this novel, but I have to admit that Madison's family is filled with conflict. I'm curious to learn more about her and her daughter. Congrats on winning BOTD.

This book sounds like an interesting take on a woman recovering from her traumatic past.

Fun,the book takes people into dreams with its drama and search for justice. The subject of the book is interesting. The cover of the book clearly shows the inside of the book. wonderful

The book is like a tornado in the beginning, with lots of characters and entangled situations and relationships. I liked the author's style and how the issues of trauma, sexual assault, and kidnapping are dealt with. The novel is good enough to be read by older women, not only young ones.

Books that deal with sexual abuse show the reader that there can be hope and good things can happen with the person that was abused.

Thank you for the great review! I enjoy reading YA fiction, and think I would like this one. I do wonder if it's critical to read the first book before this one, or if this is a stand-alone book? Regardless, clearly I should dig into the Thorn of Secrets. :)

The plot is intriguing so I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out the relationships the main character Madison with Jackson, Justin and Justice, all starting with J, which I find amusing. And of course, Chauncey. Who does she finally ends with? Only one way to find out!

Tony, the reviewer of Thorn of Secrets by B. Truly, writes a comprehensive statement about the plot of the book. I am hooked on reading it. It appears to have the essential elements of a story: drama, action, mystery, and romance. Thorn of Secrets is on my shelf to read next.

This book seems like an interesting read. But since the book contains sexual scenes, I will give it a pass. It is really saddened that Madison had to endure all that. Wonderful review, congrats on the BOTD.

I wonder what happens to Madison and whether she finds a way to escape from her captors. Thank you for the thorough review.

Unfortunately, I am way too old for regular young adult drama. The description seems quite typical for the genre, and I am afraid that reading about life after sexual assault is not something I currently would like to dedicate my time on. There is enough real problems and troubles to add any fictional. Sorry, I prefer to skip, but congrats with BOTD!

This young adult book dealing with sexual assault sounds like it is well-written in how the female character deals with the trauma. I also like that it can be read as a standalone. Great review!

Sounds like there is a lot of drama here, Im hooked instantly by going through the official review. The book sounds interesting. But to be honest, I didn't find the cover of the book captivating at all.

Thorn of secrets is a great book with lots of twists and turn. The review did justice to the book. Madison is an admirable protagonist. Sexual abuse brings trauma and psychological stress, I'm glad she sued.
