Waking up in the toilet of a hotel in Vegas and finding out that you married a guy the night before in your inebriated state, is sure to turn your life upside down. Especially a guy you have no recollection of meeting, ever. Although, would your reaction be any different if you find out the guy is none other than David Ferris, the lead guitarist for the most popular rock band-Stage Dive? Evelyn cannot believe the turn her life has taken. All she wanted for her 21st birthday was to come to Vegas with her best friend Lauren, have a few shots and maybe shake off the cobwebs a bit, by a night of no strings attached sex. So, how did she end up getting married? How did she, a plain and simple girl from Portland end up marrying rock music's favourite son? And why does David give the impression that whatever transpired between them the night before was not something he can easily forget, unlike the way she has?

It doesn’t always take years of courtship to know when someone is it for us. One single night can be enough. Even if that night is driven under the influence of alcohol. The plot in itself was catchy enough to pique my interest. It is a poignant tale of two persons, way out of each other’s league bonded by a hasty decision. The decision being one to exchange wedding vows. The characters are easy to relate to and the writing style is sharp and crisp, that immediately plies a chortle or a sob as the scene demands. And I’m sure, you will only be too willing to give in it to this particular demand.
