Icon Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs

Post by _jessie »

This book and the sequel, Hollow City, is one of my favorite series. The author, Ransom Riggs, wrote this series based on vintage photographs he had been collecting. The series is well written and was very descriptive. So much, that I felt like I knew the characters and understood what they went through and were going through throughout the books. There was just the right amount of adventure, mystery, and even a bit of romance balanced into both of these books. I highly recommend these books for anyone who loves a good adventure!
