The selection by Kiera Cass

The selection surprised me I thought it was going to be just another read. I decided to pick it up because my friend wanted me too but honestly I was not all into the idea of it. But man was I wrong. The book starts with America being "forced" to join the selection. The selection is a contest to go to the castle and get a chance to win prince maxons heart. America despite the odds gets chosen to enter the compition. At this point she just broke up with her boyfriend at home and had no interest in trying to win Maxons heart and she made sure to tell him that she only wanted to stay there to help her family. As the book goes on the two characters grow closer but it by no means is it predictable. I'm sure you are all think you know what is going to happen and let me tell you it does not happen. This is a fun and exciting read that I could not put down. So please let me know what you think and if you decide to read it.
