I recently picked up this book before knowing anything about it. I was just at the grocery store and it was in the best sellers section and I needed a knew book so I decided to try it. Once I picked it up I couldn't put it down. The story immediately draws you in and keeps you hooked throughout the entire book. This book is part of a trilogy and I am anxious to read the other two. It starts off with a girl named Cassie who thinks she may be the last human on Earth after an alien invasion. You soon find out this isn't true. I liked how it was written from multiple characters perspectives although it gets a little confusing when jumping from one character narrator to another. Overall it was a great read and I would definitely recommend it. Warning to parents there is some bad language and some violence. I would recommend it for high school aged kids and older.
