On Broken Knees: The Ervin Bryson Story by Ervin Bryson is an amazing book. It is an inspirational memoir that talks about the history of Ervin Bryson, his experiences growing up, and his family. Ervin Bryson is a man with a great passion for football. While growing up, he excelled at many other sports. However, he decided to focus on chasing his dream of playing football for the National Football League (NFL). In this book, the author also narrates the challenges and events that occurred in his career and family. Did Ervin Bryson ever get to play in the NFL? What were the challenges he encountered in chasing his dreams? Read this book to find out.

I enjoyed reading this book for numerous reasons. One such reason is that I found the book to be inspiring and motivational. The story of Ervin Bryson is touching and quite emotional. Another reason I also enjoyed reading this book is because of some of the funny narration I encountered. This made me feel at ease while reading. I learned some practical life lessons from this book. I plan to reflect on the lessons I learned from this book. I also admire how the book is structured into chapters. This made it easy for me to navigate through the book.

However, there is one thing I did not like about this book. I found the narration at the beginning to be quite slow. This made the book boring at some point while reading. Aside from this negative aspect, there is nothing else I dislike about it.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. This is primarily because of the life lessons I learned from it. I also found the story to be inspirational. I only noticed one grammatical error while reading this book. Therefore, it was thoroughly edited.

I recommend this book to fans of motivational memoirs. I also recommend this book to fans of American football.
