This is one of those books that I would describe as starting off really good but slowly leveled off so that the rest of it wasn't bad but nothing much really happened.

It's broken up into three parts. The first (and best part) is about a girl named Shari Cooper who is murdered during a party at a classmates house (I don't wanna say friend because, let's get real, the girl was a giant, annoying as hell, b with an itch). The first part is basically her spirit trying to find out what the hell happened and getting used to being dead (along with the help of Peter who I freaking adored). The second and third part happen after the mystery is solved (and holy crap I did not see THAT outcome coming). Second part was a little dull because really a whole of nothing occurs in that part other than Shari and her love interest getting new bodies. Then in the third part, well... sure there were some suspenseful moments in that part but for the most part it was really kind of boring. The conclusion, not gonna lie, wasn't that great. It had me going: 'Really?"

All in all it was an okay book. If you like a good murder mystery I recommend you read this but be aware it does get a little slow once the mystery is solved.

4 Out of a 10 would read it again only if I was desperate enough or am in one hell of a reading slump.
