Undeniable by Cherie M Hudson

Post by JorgieDiane »

Readers will smile in awe and laugh out loud, even while taking in the sad truth of what it's like to be considered as a "defect", and cry as they perceive the difference between wanting love and being in love in Cherie M. Hudson's Young Adult Romance Undeniable.

I loved the hero Caden, he is definitely a strong character. He was so sure of what he wanted and made that very clear. He was sweet and loving as well as protective; and I liked that he was willing to put himself out there emotionally.

Chase however was the opposite and would deny what she felt. She had a lot of attitude and snarkiness as a defense mechanism to being partially deaf. She was the opposite of Caden, but she was just as strong as a character. Chase and Caden balanced each other out, and they were perfect for each other.

I found myself relating to some aspects of the heroine's turmoil. The author did a great job differentiating the differences between what it's like to desperately want love that you'll follow blindly and actually Being in love and realizing the signs that the other person UNDENIABLY loves you back.

The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the story started to get a little repetitive and boring in the middle and I almost skipped to the ending but stuck it out, and glad I did. This copy was given as an ARC from the publisher with Netgalley.
