In Orinthia: Super Mental by M.E., the author addresses mental health-related issues through his story. Using the story of Orinthia, the author writes more about the struggles with anxiety and other mental disorders. Orinthia, due to her disorder, had decided to volunteer to be used in an experimental process to create a pill that can treat mental disorders. How will this experiment turn out for Orinthia? Will it benefit her or will it mar her life? Grab a copy of this book to find out.

The author went as far as describing every detail, even the conversations Orinthia would have with herself in her head; this added a bit of reality to the story, making it more interesting to read. However, one part of the book that bothered me involves Orinthia's conversation with herself about how she would pop a pimple. The vivid description of this part irritated me, although it was just a really small and inconsequential part of the book. Apart from this, I couldn't find anything else that I disliked about the book.

I feel the author is trying to tell readers through his book that the mental health of everyone should be something that isn't ignored. A person doesn't have to be completely deranged before requiring care. Also, it was easy to follow the story with M.E.'s writing style, which was both engaging and educative.

There was a grammatical error I spotted while I read through the book. It was not so much of a distraction from the main points of the author. Hence, I would state that this book was professionally well-edited. This book deserves 5 out of 5 stars from me because of how the author creatively mixes entertainment and education in his book, which is a very effective way to pass one's message across.

There were also other things that affected the life of Orinthia, like when she lost someone very dear to her. In the initial pages of the book, she describes how she reacts to or handles grief and how it affects her in quite an unusual manner. I recommend this book to people who might be going through mental situations that they don't feel comfortable talking to others about. Also, readers who just love to enjoy fiction and are curious to know more about mental health disorders will find this book interesting to read.
