The plot explores a dystopian society

The plot explores a more sinister and twisted reality where humans had to live on the edge everyday. Being constantly controlled by the authorities and having little to no human right. Interesting and twisted plot

I think it's fun because we as readers get an amazing background to place the characters in and the symbolism is crazy good.

I really enjoy dystopian books, I read a lot of them as a teen. Looking back at it now, a lot of them were unfortunately formulaic, and I wonder if Divergent was one of them.
