“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
That's my favorite quote from the book, as I find it to be very true.

When the stranger tells the shepherd that the book says the same thing.
That has stuck with me. It reminded me of reading from Robin Sharma about, "all dharma agrees at one point," or something along those lines. We may speak of love, humanity, compassion, kindness, and a host of other things differently, but in the end, they are the same thing.

My favorite quote from the book is-

“ I don’t live in either my past or my future. I’m interested only in the present. If you can concentrate always on the present, you’ll be a happy man. Life will be a party for you, a grand festival, because life is the moment we’re living now.“

It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.

"Wherever your heart is, there you will find your treasure..."
So find your heart, and you will find treasure.

I mean he echoes the same words in the Holy Bible, 'guard your heart with all diligence for out of it flows the issues of life' and 'where the heart of a man, is there his treasures are also'

The most important lesson I got was to search for answers because often you find those answers. That is what gives one fulfillment in life. The journeys the characters took were not useless. They were necessary because after that they were able to find their paths. My favourite quote, "Everything you need to know, you have learned through your journey." This quote helps me not to feel anxious about life too.
