Nice review! I don't think this is the book for me, though. The characters sound a little cliche, by your description.

Piper walker appears to be the star of this fantasy Novel and I am looking forward to enjoy this one. The reviews too look great. Many congratulations on being the BOTD.. :)

This is one fantasy book I can easily relate with in that it rang true with some human life experiences. Thumbs up for the review.

This seems like the type of book I would enjoy reading because I like reading coming of age books. I also like that the main character is a female. Congrats to author on BOTD!

I like that this book features issues that many teenagers have to deal with like the death of a parent and the pain caused by cancer. I like that Piper is a little more mature for her age due to taking care of her younger brother because of her father's alcoholism. The central theme of finding yourself once you have come of age is a theme that everyone can relate to and I enjoy the fantasy elements.

Thanks so much for the Review; I've really only read the sample, but it's good to know that it's worth spending money for the whole book, even though the character development could use some work.

I personally liked how well it portrayed high school life; I totally remembered how I felt as a teen and am SOOOOOO glad those days are over. I was almost in tears, remembering the pain from being heartbroken, back when [being in] love was such a new thing.

Thanks for the review. It sounds like an interesting story. Hopefully, it gets some fine tuning, as you suggest, and becomes a popular teen series.

A tale the majority can relate to. Poor piper and all the trouble she has to go through! This is certainly an emotional one that is sure to put tears on the eyes of many.
