I enjoy stories like this where characters are discovering themselves and trying to figure out what (or who) they are. Throw in some magic and fantasy and you definitely have my attention. Great review. Thanks!

Didn't manage to get a perfect rating, but it does seem like an interesting read.

I am interested in reading the sample for this book because it sounds like something I might like. I'm worried the next book in the series hasn't been released yet, though. I hate waiting years between books for series that I'm reading.

Great Review! I love fantasy stories that are relatable. This being a coming of age story, I can see how people will be able to relate to the main character.

I'm not a big fan of "coming of age" novels and although this one doesn't sound like it is for me, I know there are many others that will likely jump on this one. From the review it sounds like an excellent contender to the genre.

A strong touch of the supernatural in this book. That's overwhelming for a teenager to experience. Altogether quite intriguing

Amazing how the writers work relates to the fate of how young people are thrust with the responsibility of taking care of their siblings when they loose a parent to death. With the intention of rescuing the character from the overwhelming burden, the writer uses science fiction :tiphat: to take her to a world where she finds unimaginable happiness though not without challenges. A great read will definitely recommended it to other readers. Congratulations for the review. :tiphat:

I am a fan of fantasy novels and while sometimes I have issues with coming of age novels this story sounds like a really good read. It's lured me in and made me to want to know more about these characters. Love your review! Definitely solidifies my decision to add this book to my To-Be-Read shelf.

The sample pages were intriguing and I enjoyed the cell comparison. It still doesn't seem like it is for me though. Good review, thanks
