The concept "meditation' is usually attributed to the adults but truly children need to unwind so they don't implode one day out of the unreleased emotions and tantrums. In an interactive and very kid-friendly way, this book will be much appreciated by children and parents as they lead their lives from childhood through adolescence into adulthood.

The poems are in fact relaxing visualization exercises using a guided imagery technique. The child needs to follow the instructions (i.e. taking a long deep breath, count to three and so on)
Sounds interesting. Good job.

The font size may be a bit problematic for children. Asides that, I think this is a great book. Thanks for the review

The visualization exercises sounds wonderful. I think this is a great book for young children to forget about a busy day and just to relax and breath. Thanks for a great review.

A book on relief from a stressful day is much appreciated even if the genre is children stories. This book is definitely very useful.

Yhup! Definitely a good book because children find it easy to throw tantrums and show emotions very easily. I think this would be a great book for any child. Thanks for the well written review.
