From a sampling, this seems like an interesting children's story about two girls that travel into the woods to avoid some boy bullies. While there they discover and plan their revenge against the bullies. The idea behind the book appears to be centered on the idea of a balance between study and play. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

"The Noble Adventures of Beryl and Carol" by Jeremy Sherr. An interesting children's book, talks about the balance between studying and playing. To have the desire to achieve something, value of friendship and maintaining one, understanding the views of others, and accommodating them. This book is must read for me as it's not just a children book but also motivating. Congrats on your #BOTD.

I love that the story shows the value of friendship, especially when it comes to supporting each other and working together to achieve goals. Beryl and Carol's friendship is an excellent example of the power of friendship and the importance of sticking together through tough times.

Even though this is a children's book, I enjoyed the sample I read on Amazon and decided I would like to read this book, "The Noble Adventures of Beryl and Carol" by Jeremy Sherr. Your review was so revealing of the story of Beryl and Carol that this too made me interested in reading the book to find out what they discovered in the dark forest.

This seems like the kind of story that showcases important values to teach your kids. I agree that the revenge part might need parental assistance. Thank you for the review.

I thought that your review was great! It sounds like a good book with the author delving into the subject of bullying. Revenge, however, is not something to teach your child.

I like the simplicity of this novel that highlights important topics that relate to us all such as the balance between play and study. It is gripping as well which helps in understanding the plotline and the examples shown throughout. I wonder how the two girls' tale ends. Congrats on the BOTD!

Thank you for your awesome review. I do enjoy children's books especially when "scary" things really aren't that way. That's a good lesson for all of us. It sounds like it has a lot of positive things for kids to learn. I'm going to add this to my list of books to read.

This is an interesting and amazing book for children. Yes, we'll want our children and young ones to emulate the good habits that the author emphasized on in this book.
As for the boys bullying, I think that's the every boys groups mentality especially the children.
