Do you find that your youngster has difficulty dealing with being called names? Alternately, do they call other children names, and you would like to teach them how to avoid doing so? "My name is this, not that" by JA Clark is the ideal book for your child since it takes a fresh approach to the problem and gives them the opportunity to express themselves. When it comes to a youngster, this method will be more understanding.

The author includes youngsters who come from a variety of walks of life in order to make the reader feel included and to increase the likelihood that they will feel connected to the book. The vibrant illustrations are certain to draw children in and hold their interest. In addition to this, they contain exactly the right amount of detail to highlight the children in the book. The wording is concise and easy to understand, making it an excellent choice for younger readers. When it comes to keeping a child's interest, the rhyming in the book tends to assist with this.

The vividness of the images was something that I particularly adored, and the book looks to be an excellent choice for children who are very young and may not be able to comprehend the actions of other people when it comes to bullying. The message that your child will be able to take away from this book will be incredibly beneficial, and I enjoyed the diversity that was taken into consideration when writing it. I also admired the author's approach to bullying because it is unique in comparison to the method that most people use, and I feel it to be extremely innovative.

This book is everything that I love about children's books, and because of that, I want to give it a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars. What I really like about it is that the phrases rhyme, that it is colourful, and that it has a message that is encouraging for children. I also believe this book has been edited to perfection, as I found no errors in it.

This is a book that I would recommend to youngsters who are having difficulty dealing with bullying, particularly when it comes to being called names. I honestly believe this book should be in all daycares to teach children about a person’s name and to respect each other.

Christell, I agree that rhyming books are the best for younger children. I like that you say it has colorful illustrations and an encouraging message! I am also interested to know what the author's unique approach to handling bullying is! Sounds like an excellent book for young children to be exposed to before ever experiencing or afflicting any bullying behaviors! I will check it out as a possible addition to my granddaughter's bookshelves. Nice review! :tiphat:
