This seems like it would be a good book for parents who plan to homeschool or just want to jumpstart their kid’s education. It’s neat that the book reveals the science behind storms in a way children will understand.

Here I would have had some argument with this author because this elements are frightening especially to kids who have no understanding of how they work,so I guess it a must read to enlighten kids.

I , too, was told the story about the angels bowling, but I think this book might be a better option.

I like how simple this book is. It is a good book to read to the children especially when it rains, and the get scared.

Thank you for a great review. I like the way the author explains thunder and lightning that a child can understand. And an adult also.

When i first saw the book cover and title, i assumed the book would be purely fictional considering it is a children's book however after reading your review, i was proven wrong and learnt that the book is actually educational which is a very smart tactic to educate children whilst also making it into a story they're more likely to read and understand better. Thank you for the helpful review. I will definitely be reading this and showing it to my younger siblings.

Thanks for the review. I agree the book is promising to small children to teach them about thunder and lightening and encourage them not to be scared. It is a good idea and sounds like an enjoyable children's book too

As a child, I was also told a fairytale about thunder and lightning that terrified me. I like that the author has explained these happenings in simple scientific terms.
Thanks for your review. :tiphat:

This is an excellent children’s book, for once someone has thought about how frightening the loudness of thunder is to the little ones and decides to elaborate the mechanism behind that sound, to make children understand the source of it.

This review as made it easier for me to understand what I should expect in the book. This is an awesome review.

Beginning this review, I thought that this book wasn't for me. But having read on, I am really pleased to see that the author chose to explain things for what they really are rather than just entertain kids' imagination. I bet I could learn a couple of things about the thunder and lightening myself.

Thank you for a well written review!

I love the lesson embedded within the book. I think it's amazing and lovely the way the author has brought it out. It seems to be a good parent-child bonding book. Amazing review.
