'Official Review: Ryan Daniels: Good Night, Firefly' by Ada Aguilar is a wholesome and entertaining piece of work for children. It brings to the knowledge of readers every important point related to the story. The point that the story is about a young boy named Ryan who had trouble sleeping because there were always better things he could be doing is worth mentioning in the review. Also, as mentioned in the review, the point that the bright colors and fun characters in the illustrations would appeal to young readers is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the touch of magic the author added was appreciable!

Thank you for your great review. I hadn't caught the fact that a man had given them candy. Perhaps because the firefly was right there, but I agree, that is one of the things taught in stranger danger. I did like the colorful pictures and the message presented. I love children's books and did enjoy this one too.

This book is a perfect match for my young nephew who always comes up with excuses to avoid going to bed. I'd love to find out what happened afterward. Great book and review.

“Ryan Daniels: Good Night, Firefly” by Ada Aguilar is a children’s book sequel to the first book in the series. It is about a boy named Ryan who had trouble falling asleep. One night while he was trying to sleep a firefly flew into his room and shrunk Ryan to a tiny size. The official review ends here so one must read the book to find out what happened to Ryan. If readers have a hard time getting their young children to bed, then try reading this book to them.

When you were a kid, did you hate to go to sleep? In fact, as an adult do you still feel this way? Here is a super short tale with a lesson for all sleep-haters who would rather be doing something more fun with their night-time. Vibrantly illustrated and simply written for youngsters. I actually had a bit of an issue directly relating the magical adventure to the lesson learned in the end, but the reviewer had no problem with that, and covered the book very well. There were a couple of editorial mishaps too, but the younger readers (or listeners) would never notice them.

Good night firefly
Children’s book. Mum & Dad are the first teachers.
Dated book as the firefly has been extinct. Previously the firefly was a medieval night light.

Ryan Daniels: Good Night, Firefly by Ada Aguilar seems to have intriguingly funny moments, and it could be a brilliant choice for children to enjoy this story.

This seems like a handy tool for getting kids to sleep. I would want to try it out on my daughter. Thanks for writing about the format you read it in. With kids, I always refer a paperback version.
