Teaching children about the importance of health can be demanding, so it's nice to see a book doing that. Congrats on BOTD!

Overall a good book with fun ideas to teach nutrition, "Doctoroo & the Case of the Picnic Pirates" by Dr. Rachel B. Wellner, could use more work on editing and formatting. If an e reader cannot show the book properly it may not be a good idea to release the book that way. Otherwise the book has important messages for healthy people to stay or get that way.

I am impressed with the fact that the author used story-telling to pass across relevant tips on health and nutrition and how they correlate. This is a good step in helping kids imbibe good health and nutritional values.

I don't fancy reading children's books, but this book looks promising and educational as children get to learn the correlation between nutrition and health. And also, it talks about what we eat.

With the 4th of July around the corner, I think this book is just the perfect fit. Best part is, it can be read to kids as it’s a children book.
