"The author not only provides a well-written story and meticulously developed characters, but she also provides an opportunity for academic growth while reading this book. As a teacher, I will always promote a book with a dual purpose!" I would like to see how the author kills multiple birds with a single stone through this book. Nice review.

The character's name reminds me of Geppetto, and also of the toymaker in Basil Mouse Detective, which is one of my favorite stories. Thanks for the review!

Sounds like a wonderful tale on kindness. I'm curious to know how the children dealt with the witch. Thank you for the lovely review!

They each did in their own way! Really stayed in line with their characters. Thanks!
