Another great review! I love when the protagonist of a children's story goes through things that can be relatable to children - sometimes things in life aren't easy and you have to work for them; sometimes your peers will not understand your decisions and therefore may not be nice. Taking heavy topics and putting them together in a kid-friendly, inspiring read makes this book seem like a fantastic children's book! Thank you for sharing and congratulations to the author for receiving such a positive review!

I love this review. The book sounds like a wonderful children's story, with a good moral. I think it is important for children to learn how to deal with bullies at an early age. This book sounds like it would be good at helping them with that.

Wonderful review! I love the idea of a lil tree dreaming BIG. What a wonderful concept to teach children to keep dreaming and working to achieve their dreams. Always Persevere and keep working for your dreams no matter what age you are.

Everything this book addresses sounds fantastic...accepting oneself, goal setting, believing in your dreams, perseverance...I could go on and on. However, I especially love that this book incorporates bullying into the story because it teaches kids what it is, how to recognize it, and how to handle themselves if faced with a similar situation. Bullying is a serious issue in today's world, and teaching kids how to deal with bullies (and why it important to NOT be one yourself) is absolutely necessary.

Thank you for your review! Not only does today's BOTD entertain and inspire the reader to aim high, but it also teaches some of life's most important lessons in a way that a child can relate to and take with them for the future. This may just be my vote for Book of the Year! Outstanding job! Thank you!!!

So interesting that the fairy tells him magic doesn't exist! What a cute little twist. I think it's great that he has to work hard to win! What a great message!

Aww! Inspiring story for kids with a great message. I am a mental health counselor for children and this would be an awesome book to open discussions about bullying and not giving up on your dreams.

I love the idea that Charlie Brown's tree was personified and given its own story. This sounds like such a fun book for kids. Great review!

Thanks for the review. It is good to know that there is a new Christmas story that is appropriate for young children and brings a new aspect to a story to read at Christmas time.
