I'm not a cat person but I think Shadow's story is interesting. I will read the book to find out more about his adventure. Did he ever find his way home? Congratulations to the author for writing a compelling story to the readers.

This is a great adventure book for young children. The drawings will first off intrigue them, and I bet they'll love it in the long run. Congratulations on the book of the day.

What an adorable story! Shadow is an inquisitive and fun-loving cat. The kids will definitely love his character and adventures. I hope he finds his home soon.

The author's cat went missing for years, and this book seemed to illustrate such an experience. Great work!

Sounds like an interesting read. Even more interesting that this is inspired by the author's cat that was lost for two years. Thank you for this lovely review!

I'm here wondering whether shadow finally found his way home and how long he spent on the adventure. This is a very good book for the children and I will have to read it some day.

I didn't enjoy reading this book, because I feel it will be more enjoyable for children. However, thanks for the review.

Adventure is always what I look for, specifically when it is with some animal. Really wonderful drawing and illustrations. Loved it!!

This sounds like a cute story about an adventurous (perhaps too much) cat that children would love. It’s incredible that the story is based on the author’s own cat going missing for two years. I would have freaked if my cat had gone missing for even a day! I can’t imagine how agonizing that separation must have been, but at least the author has created an entertaining story from it. Thank you for the helpful review.

This seems like a good book to spark a child's imagination. The colorful drawings together with the adventure when lost seem soothing. I wonder whether Shadow got home. Great review.

The review is fantastic, thank you. Like you, I am a cat person. Thus, I'd love to see how Shadow experiences the world on his own. Sounds like a wonderful book for kids. Congrats on being the BOTD.

Not being much of a cat person, this review has got me wanting to read the book. Illustrations always make it more engaging for children to read. I'm waiting to find out what all adventures Shadow had. Thank you for the review!

As a fellow cat-lover, lost kitties make me very sad! I do hope Shadow makes it home to his family! Unfortunately, owning pets comes with the risk that they may get lost at some stage. This is a great way to teach children this. Thanks for the great review.

This story is the definition of curiosity "killing" the cat. It also makes for a wonderful children's story.
