I looked for this ebook on Amazon and it is only available as a hardcover book. I have read the official review and it sounds like this would be a wonderful book to read to young children. It has educational value and a talking tree would get children's attention. The Wolof people make up 40% of the Senegal population and their oral history is interesting. Wolof proverbs are blended into the story as are the Wolof words Oubi (open) and jerry-jef (thank you). A good book for young children.

I love it when a book written with children in mind portrays education value because it sharpens the mind of a child and help them to learn excellent moral values and other essential ideas about life as they grow.
