Sock Lobsters is a heartwarming children's book that skillfully explores grief through the charming characters of magical socks, Sebastian and Lola. It is a great book since it highlights the good and bad for children. I love the fact that children get to experience emotions and it teaches them that it is ok to have different emotions. Definitely a great review.

"Sock Lobsters" by Michelle Bulriss. An interesting children's book, talks about a magical socks made from a grandmother to an adult granddaughter. A pair of the magical socks looks like a lobsters, which talks to her granddaughter. The socks were two but in a way, Emily lost one. That is life, we lost, we gain but in our loses, we should never think that life has ended there. Congrats on your #BOTD.

I love the creativity in the book, using a pair of socks by the author to cover the theme of grief. It's an adorable book to teach children about the stages of grief and how to cope with them. Everyone can experience grief, and I can feel what Sebastian went through losing Lola. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

From the sample of Michelle Bulriss's charming children's book, "Sock Lobsters," an elderly lady owns a red magical yarn; she loves knitting and besides knitting she loves her granddaughter so much. I would love to read this book to find out how the granddaughter and the yarn crossed paths.

Look at all the children's classics we love. We still remember every detail and we still feel the same sense of wonder and delight now as we did then. Stories about Charlie Brown, the Grinch and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer resonate even now because of their gentle lessons hidden in delightful stories. I'm excited to read "Lobster Socks" because the reviewer has brought all those memories back to me and I look forward to the author's lesson in handling grief.

I am not a fan of Children's books, but the book seems to house a compelling story. Technically, the teachings from the book are not only for children but for adults too. Great work from the author. Congratulations on BOTD!

I think we all love our grandmothers, and a story that includes one of them knitting for her granddaughter a pair of socks that look like lobsters is what starts this amazing read!

Sock Lobsters is a fun story about talking lobster socks, Sebastian and Lola, who chat with Emily. But one day, Lola goes on an adventure, and the story shows how Sebastian and Lola feel about it.
